For the cosy time of the year we offer you our duck breast. The half pre-cooked duck, skin-on, boneless, cut into strips and served with Asian vegetables tastes great with or without chopsticks... Preparation in oven: Preheat 220°C (convection oven: 200°C). Place the frozen duck on the middle of the oven, bake for about 30-35 minutes until crispy brown. And if you like it very crispy: Just before the end of the cooking time, switch on the grill for 5 minutes.
