Profondo is a natural infusion stock made from purely plant-based, dried ingredients – and a huge relief in many respects: available in the varieties “Beet” (Bed), “Weide” (Willow) and “Meer” (Sea), it can be used like freshly cooked, intensely flavored vegetable, meat and fish/crustacean stocks.
